End of July

Aquarium

We went to the new aquarium with Cousin Sav and a few friends. They all loved it so much! We got to see everything from the Sharks which was KJ's favorite to Snakes which Uncle S had to take him to see because Daddy doesn't like them. He loved looking at the penguins and all of the different colored fishes but he just kept asking to go back to the Sharks. It was a lot of fun for all of us!

Planes 2 Fire and Rescue

KJ loves Planes, the movie and the real thing. We have been waiting for awhile for this movie to come out and i bought the tickets weeks in advance and every time the commercial would come on TV he would say "Daddy just two more weeks!" because that's how long i told him it would be the first time he asked. It was a lot of fun for us, we shared popcorn and he brought the action figures that Grandpa bought for him. 

KJ decided that he wanted to take a nap during sacrament meeting and he told me that i needed to join him. He was so funny. He pretended to sleep for a few minutes and then "woke up" and said that it was time for Nursery and he didn't want to wait. He is always so excited to go to Nursery and play with toys and have a lesson and sing and say prayers and have snack. He is so spiritual at such a young age and a great example for me.

He is so sweet with Titan, they are great friends.

We went on a walk down the river trail and we stopped to throw rocks in the water. It was a blast!

Splash Pad

KJ really didn't want to leave and he knew that i didn't have my swimming suit on and that i wouldn't go in and get him so he ran into the middle and just laughed at me. It's crazy how quickly they pick up on things and take control of the situation at such a young age. I love the kid, but he is way too smart already!

I told him that he could choose what shoes he wanted to wear...It wasn't even raining!!! haha! He is so funny!

Cousin Sav went on a trip to South Dakota and KJ missed her so much but she had lots of fun and brought KJ this awesome Lunch Box with Lightening McQueen on it and he didn't want to put it down. He took it into the bath and then to bed with him. He was so happy that she was back to play but especially loved his new present.

Just lounging around watching a movie. It's the best when he wants to snuggle!

KJ went to dinner with Grandma and Grandpa and when they asked him what he wanted to eat he said Pancakes! One for each hand and Bacon of course!

BYU had a movie night at the football field. They put on Remember the Titans. We had a lot of fun watching it on the BIG TV.
